Export Data
Export all patient records to an Excel spreadsheet.
Export Options
The export creates a spreadsheet with one row per dose. Patient-level fields (name, MRN, order date, coverage, follow-ups, prior auth, lab work, notes) are repeated on each dose row for that patient.

Manage medications, coverage plans, recipients, alerts, and Firebase settings.
Admin Access
Admin privileges are granted by adding your user ID to the
adminUsers node in the Firebase Realtime Database. Contact your Firebase administrator if you need admin access. Your current user ID is shown below — provide it to whoever grants admin access.Your user ID:

Create User
Creates a new Firebase Auth account. The system generates a strong temporary password and shows it to you once. Communicate it to the user out-of-band; they'll be required to verify the email and change the password on first login.
Force Password Change
Flag a user to be required to change their password on next login. Get the user's UID from Firebase Console → Authentication → Users.
Password Policy
Settings governing password rotation and forced changes.
Session Policy
Inactivity timeout in minutes. Users are automatically signed out after this many minutes of no interaction. Default is 30.
Medication Library
Edit medications and dose defaults.
Coverage Plans
Custom plans from patient records are added automatically.
Email Recipients
For future combined-email feature.
Adverse Reactions
Options available in the dose adverse reactions picker.
Data Management
Delete all patient records or coverage plans. Admin role required.
